Kiwis Together helps New Zealanders access medical and health-related providers, treatments, therapies, equipment and supplies that may improve their quality of life.

As our community continues to grow, we receive a large number of enquiries and applications from around New Zealand. To help us support as many people as possible, applications are currently limited to a maximum of $1,000 per person.

To apply, please use the Contact tab and tell us a little about your situation. Include who the application is for, the support required, the provider involved, and the cost.

All applications are individually considered, and if approved, payments are made directly to approved providers or suppliers.
